Mohammed Salim is the Assistant Director of Training at PROTTYASHI, where he leads the organization’s capacity development initiatives. In this role, he plans, coordinates, and ensures the effective training of PROTTYASHI staff and beneficiaries with a special focus to the microfinance staff, and is a key member of the senior management team. Additionally, he supports the management by serving at the executive secretariat for the Executive Committee and General Committee proceedings. He also looks after the proper inclusion of compliances and essential record keeping as outlined by the regulatory bodies.
Mr. Salim holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, who brings substantial experience in training and program management from his previous roles at SUROVI and the Centre for Development Services. Mr. Salim’s responsibilities extend to representing PROTTYASHI in external forums and platforms, engaging with stakeholders, and liaising with government entities. His work includes developing training modules, supervising training programs, reflecting his commitment to advancing community and organizational development.
