The project is being implemented in Chattogram and Feni districts of Bangladesh.

The project targets 54,000 migrant workers, returnee migrants, and their family members, with special focus on remittance receivers and returnee female migrants who need financial literacy, livelihood support, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
