Programme for Adolescents
This project is designed to sustainably eradicate poverty by empowering poor households through capacity building and resource development. It adopts an integrated and holistic approach, addressing key areas such as education, health, nutrition, sanitation, income generation, and youth development. A strong emphasis is placed on community participation, particularly involving adolescents, women, and youth in awareness, service delivery, and livelihood activities.

Project Goal
To raise awareness among adolescents on social issues and equip them with the knowledge and life skills needed to make informed decisions and contribute positively to their communities.
Geographical Coverage
The project is being implemented in Anowara and Banshkhali upazilas of Chattogram, and Maheshkhali and Kutubdia upazilas of Cox’s Bazar district.
Targeted Beneficiaries
The project works with 14,760 adolescents from different communities, focusing on both girls and boys. It engages them in awareness sessions, skill development, and social activities to support their personal growth and encourage positive behavior.

The programme has created meaningful opportunities for adolescents to learn, engage, and grow through clubs, awareness sessions, and skill-building activities. By reaching over 38,000 young people, it has helped increase awareness on health, social issues, and personal development. Through active participation in campaigns, sports, and cultural events, adolescents are becoming more confident, aware, and involved in their communities, contributing to positive social change.
